pillow talk

We’re celebrating the arrival of Spring with this season’s easiest (to find and afford) accessory: pillows. Our all-time favorite pillows are made by Hable Construction. I had the pleasure of meeting the Hable sisters many years ago when they were first starting their business in Brooklyn, New York. We invited them to Martha Stewart’s TV studio in Westport, Connecticut to appear on the show. My fellow producers and I loved them immediately. They were so down to earth and nice. It’s wonderful to see how their business has grown. From Hable Construction to Wisteria, have a look at our current favorites. Do you have a favorite designer/artist who makes an interior product that you admire?

From top left: Hable Construction ivory/orange poppy felt applique $150, Hable Construction orange rope canvas $130, Wisteria pom-pom green and red $59, Wisteria pom-pom brown and blue $59, Wisteria nautical signal flag pillows $69.

Oh, imagine that, my post for thursday was titled “pillow talk” but I have changed it. – I spotted some fun pillows last week in the city. Pillows can make such a difference.
I admire those that make things by hand and are original. Hable is great.
    Fun, fresh, original –
